   Who has ever served as a soldier and paid his own stipend? Who plants a vineyard and does not eat from its produce? Who pastures 660 a flock and does not drink from the milk of the flock?
   For we are not like many others, adulterating the Word of God. 665 But instead, we speak with sincerity: from God, before God, and in Christ.
   And when I was with you and in need, I was burdensome to no one. For the 668 brothers who came from Macedonia supplied whatever was lacking to me. And in all things, I have kept myself, and I will keep myself, from being burdensome to you.
   Grace and peace to you, from God our Father and 676 from the Lord Jesus Christ. We give thanks to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying for you always.
   prohibiting marriage, abstaining from foods, which God has created to be accepted with thanksgiving by the faithful and by those who have 681 understood the truth.
   Certain persons, promising 682 these things, have perished from the faith. May grace be with you. Amen.
