Žalmy

1 (UKJV) "O sing unto the LORD a new song; for he has done marvellous things: his right hand, and his holy arm, has got him the victory. "
1 (ROH) Žalm. Spievajte Hospodinovi novú pieseň, lebo učinil divy. Pomohla mu jeho pravica a rameno jeho svätosti.

2 (UKJV) The LORD has made known his salvation: his righteousness has he openly showed in the sight of the heathen.
2 (ROH) Hospodin oznámil svoje spasenie; odkryl svoju spravedlivosť pred očami národov.

3 (UKJV) He has remembered his mercy and his truth toward the house of Israel: all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.
3 (ROH) Pamätá na svoju milosť a na svoju pravdu, domu Izraelovmu. Všetky končiny zeme uvidia spasenie nášho Boha.

4 (UKJV) Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise.
4 (ROH) Pokrikujte Hospodinovi s radosťou celá zem! Volajte hlasite, plesajte a spievajte žalmy!

5 (UKJV) "Sing unto the LORD with the harp; with the harp, and the voice of a psalm. "
5 (ROH) Spievajte Hospodinovi žalmy pri citare, pri citare, a nech sa počuje hlas chválospevu!

6 (UKJV) With trumpets and sound of cornet make a joyful noise before the LORD, the King.
6 (ROH) Chváľte ho na trúby a zvukom surmity! Pokrikujte radostne pred Kráľom Hospodinom!

7 (UKJV) "Let the sea roar, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. "
7 (ROH) Nech hučí more a jeho náplň, okruh sveta aj obyvatelia, ktorí bývajú na ňom.

8 (UKJV) Let the floods clap their hands: let the hills be joyful together
8 (ROH) Rieky nech od radosti tlieskajú rukami, spolu nech plesajú i vrchy,

9 (UKJV) "Before the LORD; for he comes to judge the earth: with righteousness shall he judge the world, and the people with equity. "
9 (ROH) pred Hospodinom, lebo ide súdiť zem; bude súdiť okruh sveta v spravedlivosti a národy podľa spravedlivého práva.
