Ž 7, 1-18

1 (KJV) O Lord my God, in thee do I put my trust: save me from all them that persecute me, and deliver me:
1 (ROH) Žalostná pieseň Dávidova, ktorú spieval Hospodinovi pre slová Kúša, syna Jeminiho.

2 (KJV) Lest he tear my soul like a lion, rending it in pieces, while there is none to deliver.
2 (ROH) Hospodine, môj Bože, k tebe sa utiekam; zachráň ma od všetkých tých, ktorí ma prenasledujú, a vytrhni ma!

3 (KJV) O LORD my God, if I have done this; if there be iniquity in my hands;
3 (ROH) Aby neuchvátil nepriateľ ako lev moju dušu a neroztrhal, keď by nebolo, kto by vytrhnul!

4 (KJV) If I have rewarded evil unto him that was at peace with me; (yea, I have delivered him that without cause is mine enemy:)
4 (ROH) Hospodine, môj Bože, ak som to urobil, ak je neprávosť na mojich rukách,

5 (KJV) Let the enemy persecute my soul, and take it; yea, let him tread down my life upon the earth, and lay mine honour in the dust. Selah.
5 (ROH) ak som odplácal zlým tomu, kto žil so mnou v pokoji (Áno, vytrhoval som zo zlého toho, ktorý sa mi protivil bez príčiny!),

6 (KJV) Arise, O LORD, in thine anger, lift up thyself because of the rage of mine enemies: and awake for me to the judgment that thou hast commanded.
6 (ROH) vtedy nech honí nepriateľ moju dušu a nech ju dostihne a pošliape môj život na zem a moju slávu nech položí do prachu. Sélah.

7 (KJV) So shall the congregation of the people compass thee about: for their sakes therefore return thou on high.
7 (ROH) Povstaň, ó, Hospodine, vo svojom hneve! Povznes sa na vzteklosť mojich protivníkov, zobuď sa a pospieš ku mne, ty, ktorý si rozkázal súd.

8 (KJV) The LORD shall judge the people: judge me, O LORD, according to my righteousness, and according to mine integrity that is in me.
8 (ROH) A obstúpi ťa shromaždenie ľudí, a navráť sa nad ním na výsosť!

9 (KJV) Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end; but establish the just: for the righteous God trieth the hearts and reins.
9 (ROH) Hospodin bude súdiť národy. Súď ma, Hospodine, podľa mojej spravedlivosti a podľa neviny, ktorá je pri mne.

10 (KJV) My defence is of God, which saveth the upright in heart.
10 (ROH) Nech je raz koniec zlosti bezbožných, a postav pevne spravedlivého. Ale však ten, kto zkúša srdcia a ľadviny, je spravedlivý Bôh.

11 (KJV) God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day.
11 (ROH) Môj štít je u Boha, ktorý zachraňuje úprimných srdcom.

12 (KJV) If he turn not, he will whet his sword; he hath bent his bow, and made it ready.
12 (ROH) Bôh je spravedlivý sudca a silný Bôh sa hnevá na bezbožného každý deň.

13 (KJV) He hath also prepared for him the instruments of death; he ordaineth his arrows against the persecutors.
13 (ROH) Ak sa neobráti, naostrí svoj meč; natiahol svoje lučište a namieril ho

14 (KJV) Behold, he travaileth with iniquity, and hath conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood.
14 (ROH) a prihotovil si smrteľnú zbroj, svoje šípy urobil pre bezľútostných prenasledovníkov.

15 (KJV) He made a pit, and digged it, and is fallen into the ditch which he made.
15 (ROH) Hľa, počal neprávosť, tehotnel trápením a splodil lož.

16 (KJV) His mischief shall return upon his own head, and his violent dealing shall come down upon his own pate.
16 (ROH) Kopal jamu a vykopal ju a padnul do dolu, ktorý urobil.

17 (KJV) I will praise the LORD according to his righteousness: and will sing praise to the name of the LORD most high.
17 (ROH) Jeho trápenie sa obráti na jeho hlavu, a jeho ukrutnosť sostúpi na jeho temä.

18 ----
18 (ROH) Oslavovať budem Hospodina podľa jeho spravedlivosti a spievať menu Najvyššieho Hospodina žalmy.

Verš 9

Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end; but establish the just: for the righteous God trieth the hearts and reins.

1Krn 28:9 - And thou, Solomon my son, know thou the God of thy father, and serve him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind: for the LORD searcheth all hearts, and understandeth all the imaginations of the thoughts: if thou seek him, he will be found of thee; but if thou forsake him, he will cast thee off for ever.

Jer 11:20 - But, O LORD of hosts, that judgest righteously, that triest the reins and the heart, let me see thy vengeance on them: for unto thee have I revealed my cause.

Jer 17:10 - I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.

Jer 20:12 - But, O LORD of hosts, that triest the righteous, and seest the reins and the heart, let me see thy vengeance on them: for unto thee have I opened my cause.

Zjv 2:23 - And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.

Verš 14

Behold, he travaileth with iniquity, and hath conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood.

Jób 15:35 - They conceive mischief, and bring forth vanity, and their belly prepareth deceit.

Iz 59:4 - None calleth for justice, nor any pleadeth for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity.

Verš 15

He made a pit, and digged it, and is fallen into the ditch which he made.

Jób 4:8 - Even as I have seen, they that plow iniquity, and sow wickedness, reap the same.

Ž 9:15 - The heathen are sunk down in the pit that they made: in the net which they hid is their own foot taken.

Ž 10:2 - The wicked in his pride doth persecute the poor: let them be taken in the devices that they have imagined.

Prís 5:22 - His own iniquities shall take the wicked himself, and he shall be holden with the cords of his sins.

Prís 26:27 - Whoso diggeth a pit shall fall therein: and he that rolleth a stone, it will return upon him.

Kaz 10:8 - He that diggeth a pit shall fall into it; and whoso breaketh an hedge, a serpent shall bite him.
