(KJV - Anglický - King James)

Ž 32, 1-11

1 (KJV) Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.
1 (ROH) Žalm Dávidov, vyučujúci. Blahoslavený je ten, komu je odpustené prestúpenie, ktorého hriech je prikrytý!

2 (KJV) Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.
2 (ROH) Blahoslavený človek, ktorému Hospodin nepočíta neprávosti, a v ktorého duchu neni ľsti.

3 (KJV) When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long.
3 (ROH) Keď som mlčal, práhly moje kosti v mojom žalostnom kriku deň čo deň.

4 (KJV) For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah.
4 (ROH) Lebo dňom i nocou ťažela na mne tvoja ruka, a preto sa moja životná šťava obrátila na letné sucho. Sélah.

5 (KJV) I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah.
5 (ROH) Preto som povedal: Vyznám ti svoj hriech. A svojej neprávosti som nezakryl. Riekol som: Vyznám Hospodinovi svoje prestúpenia. A ty si odpustil neprávosť môjho hriechu. Sélah.

6 (KJV) For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him.
6 (ROH) Preto sa ti bude modliť každý svätý v príhodnom čase. Len k tomu sa nedostanú a nedotknú sa ho veľké vody v čas povodne.

7 (KJV) Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.
7 (ROH) Ty si mojou skrýšou, zachováš ma od súženia; objímeš ma plesaním vyslobodenia. Sélah.

8 (KJV) I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.
8 (ROH) Hospodin riekol: Dám ti rozum a vyučím ťa ceste, po ktorej pojdeš; dám radu obrátiac na teba svoje oko.

9 (KJV) Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee.
9 (ROH) Nebuďte jako kôň a mul, ktoré nemajú rozumu, a ktoré musíš skrotiť zubadlom a úzdou, ich ozdobou, aby ti neublížily.

10 (KJV) Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the LORD, mercy shall compass him about.
10 (ROH) Bezbožný človek má mnoho bolestí, ale toho, ktorý sa nadeje na Hospodina, obkľúči milosť.

11 (KJV) Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart.
11 (ROH) Radujte sa v Hospodinovi a plesajte, spravedliví; pokrikujte radostne všetci, ktorí ste priameho srdca!
