(KJV - Anglický - King James)

Ezd 1, 1-11

1 (KJV) Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah might be fulfilled, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also in writing, saying,
1 (ROH) Potom prvého roku Cýra, perzského kráľa, aby sa naplnilo slovo Hospodinovo z úst Jeremiáša, zobudil Hospodin ducha Cýra, perzského kráľa, a tak dal vyhlásiť po celom svojom kráľovstve, a to i písmom týmito slovami:

2 (KJV) Thus saith Cyrus king of Persia, The LORD God of heaven hath given me all the kingdoms of the earth; and he hath charged me to build him an house at Jerusalem, which is in Judah.
2 (ROH) Takto hovorí Cýrus, perzský kráľ: Hospodin, Bôh nebies, mi dal všetky kráľovstvá zeme a on mi naložil, aby som mu vystavil dom v Jeruzaleme, ktorý je v Judsku.

3 (KJV) Who is there among you of all his people? his God be with him, and let him go up to Jerusalem, which is in Judah, and build the house of the LORD God of Israel, (he is the God,) which is in Jerusalem.

4 (KJV) And whosoever remaineth in any place where he sojourneth, let the men of his place help him with silver, and with gold, and with goods, and with beasts, beside the freewill offering for the house of God that is in Jerusalem.

5 (KJV) Then rose up the chief of the fathers of Judah and Benjamin, and the priests, and the Levites, with all them whose spirit God had raised, to go up to build the house of the LORD which is in Jerusalem.
5 (ROH) A tak povstaly hlavy otcov pokolenia Júdu a Benjamina a kňazi a Leviti, každý, ktorého ducha zobudil Bôh, aby išiel hore staväť dom Hospodinov, ktorý je v Jeruzaleme.

6 (KJV) And all they that were about them strengthened their hands with vessels of silver, with gold, with goods, and with beasts, and with precious things, beside all that was willingly offered.
6 (ROH) A všetci, ktorí bývali okolo nich, posilňovali ich ruky striebornými nádobami, zlatom, majetkom a dobytkom a drahocennými vecami krome všetkého toho, čo dali dobrovoľne.

7 (KJV) Also Cyrus the king brought forth the vessels of the house of the LORD, which Nebuchadnezzar had brought forth out of Jerusalem, and had put them in the house of his gods;
7 (ROH) A kráľ Cýrus vydal nádoby domu Hospodinovho, ktoré bol pobral Nabuchodonozor z Jeruzalema a bol ich dal do domu svojho boha.

8 (KJV) Even those did Cyrus king of Persia bring forth by the hand of Mithredath the treasurer, and numbered them unto Sheshbazzar, the prince of Judah.
8 (ROH) A Cýrus, perzský kráľ, ich vydal skrze Mitredata, správcu pokladu, ktorý ich odčítal Šešbacarovi, judskému kniežaťu.

9 (KJV) And this is the number of them: thirty chargers of gold, a thousand chargers of silver, nine and twenty knives,
9 (ROH) A toto bol ich počet: tridsať zlatých mís, tisíc strieborných mís, dvadsaťdeväť veľkých nožov,

10 (KJV) Thirty basons of gold, silver basons of a second sort four hundred and ten, and other vessels a thousand.
10 (ROH) tridsať zlatých pohárov, štyristo desať strieborných pohárov druhotriednych a iných nádob tisíc.

11 (KJV) All the vessels of gold and of silver were five thousand and four hundred. All these did Sheshbazzar bring up with them of the captivity that were brought up from Babylon unto Jerusalem.
11 (ROH) Všetkých nádob, zlatých a strieborných, bolo päť tisíc štyristo. Všetko to odniesol Šešbacar spolu vtedy, keď sa stehoval zajatý ľud z Babylona hore do Jeruzalema.

Ezd 1, 1-11

Verš 8
Even those did Cyrus king of Persia bring forth by the hand of Mithredath the treasurer, and numbered them unto Sheshbazzar, the prince of Judah.
Ezd 5:14 - And the vessels also of gold and silver of the house of God, which Nebuchadnezzar took out of the temple that was in Jerusalem, and brought them into the temple of Babylon, those did Cyrus the king take out of the temple of Babylon, and they were delivered unto one, whose name was Sheshbazzar, whom he had made governor;

Verš 1
Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah might be fulfilled, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also in writing, saying,
2Krn 36:22 - Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD spoken by the mouth of Jeremiah might be accomplished, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also in writing, saying,
Jer 25:12 - And it shall come to pass, when seventy years are accomplished, that I will punish the king of Babylon, and that nation, saith the LORD, for their iniquity, and the land of the Chaldeans, and will make it perpetual desolations.
Jer 29:10 - For thus saith the LORD, That after seventy years be accomplished at Babylon I will visit you, and perform my good word toward you, in causing you to return to this place.

Verš 7
Also Cyrus the king brought forth the vessels of the house of the LORD, which Nebuchadnezzar had brought forth out of Jerusalem, and had put them in the house of his gods;
2Kr 24:13 - And he carried out thence all the treasures of the house of the LORD, and the treasures of the king's house, and cut in pieces all the vessels of gold which Solomon king of Israel had made in the temple of the LORD, as the LORD had said.
2Krn 36:7 - Nebuchadnezzar also carried of the vessels of the house of the LORD to Babylon, and put them in his temple at Babylon.

Ezd 1,1 - Nakoľko je tu reč o Židoch, čo žili v babylonskom zajatí, je Kýrov prvý rok ten, v ktorom prevzal vládu nad Babylóniou, t. j. rok 538 pr. Kr. Nad Perziou vládol od r. 558 pr. Kr. – Pre Jeremiášove predpovede porov. Jer 25,12; 29,10.

Ezd 1,2 - Kýros uznával a uctieval Boha Židov.

Obe mienky majú svoje výhody i nevýhody. Pravdepodobnejšia sa však vidí tá, čo Sasabasára nestotožňuje so Zorobábelom.
