Biblia - Sväté písmo

(UKJV - Anglický - Updated King James)

Ž 73, 1-28

1 (UKJV) Truly God is good to Israel, even to such as are of a clean heart.

2 (UKJV) "But as for me, my feet were almost gone; my steps had well nigh slipped. "
2 (ROH) Ale mne by sa bez mála boly pošinuly nohy, a už len málo chýbalo, a boly by sa klzly moje kroky.

3 (UKJV) For I was envious at the foolish, when I saw the prosperity of the wicked.
3 (ROH) Lebo som závidel bláznom vidiac pokoj a blaho bezbožných.

4 (UKJV) For there are no bands in their death: but their strength is firm.
4 (ROH) Lebo nemajú trápenia do svojej smrti, a ich brucho je vytučené.

5 (UKJV) "They are not in trouble as other men; neither are they plagued like other men. "

6 (UKJV) "Therefore pride compasses them about as a chain; violence covers them as a garment. "

7 (UKJV) Their eyes stand out with fatness: they have more than heart could wish.
7 (ROH) Ich oko vyzerá z tuku; majú hojnosť všetkého nad pomyslenie srdca.

8 (UKJV) They are corrupt, and speak wickedly concerning oppression: they speak loftily.
8 (ROH) Rozpustile sa rúhajú a hovoria v zlobe o útisku; s vysoka hovoria.

9 (UKJV) They set their mouth against the heavens, and their tongue walks through the earth.

10 (UKJV) Therefore his people return here: and waters of a full cup are wrung out to them.

11 (UKJV) And they say, How does God know? and is there knowledge in the most High?
11 (ROH) hovoria: Ako môže o tom vedieť Bôh? A či je vôbec u Najvyššieho vedomosť?

12 (UKJV) "Behold, these are the ungodly, who prosper in the world; they increase in riches. "
12 (ROH) Hľa, títo bezbožníci a bezpečne žijúci na svete, nadobúdajú majetku!

13 (UKJV) Verily I have cleansed my heart in vain, and washed my hands in innocence.

14 (UKJV) For all the day long have I been plagued, and chastened every morning.
14 (ROH) keď som pri tom bitý údermi každý deň a káraný každého rána.-

15 (UKJV) "If I say, I will speak thus; behold, I should offend against the generation of your children. "
15 (ROH) Keby som povedal: Budem tak rozprávať, hľa, zaprel by som pokolenie tvojich synov.

16 (UKJV) "When I thought to know this, it was too painful for me; "
16 (ROH) A zase, keď som to chcel vystihnúť rozumom, videlo sa mi to trudným.

17 (UKJV) "Until I went into the sanctuary of God; then understood I their end. "
17 (ROH) Až keď som vošiel so svätýň silného Boha, vtedy som porozumel, aký bude ich koniec.

18 (UKJV) Surely you did set them in slippery places: you casted them down into destruction.
18 (ROH) Áno, postavil si ich na klzkých miestach, a spôsobíš to, aby sa zrútili na hromadu.

19 (UKJV) How are they brought into desolation, as in a moment! they are utterly consumed with terrors.
19 (ROH) Ako bývajú razom obrátení na púšť! Miznú a hynú od hrôz.

20 (UKJV) "As a dream when one awakes; so, O Lord, when you awake, you shall despise their image. "

21 (UKJV) Thus my heart was grieved, and I was pricked in my reins.
21 (ROH) Keď sa preto rozhorčovalo moje srdce, a bodalo ma v ľadvinách,

22 (UKJV) So foolish was I, and ignorant: I was as a beast before you.

23 (UKJV) Nevertheless I am continually with you: you have held me by my right hand.

24 (UKJV) You shall guide me with your counsel, and afterward receive me to glory.
24 (ROH) Veď ma podľa svojej rady a potom ma vezmi do svojej slávy.

25 (UKJV) Whom have I in heaven but you? and there is none upon earth that I desire beside you.
25 (ROH) Koho by som mal na nebi? A popri tebe nemám v nikom záľuby na zemi!

26 (UKJV) My flesh and my heart fails: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever.

27 (UKJV) For, lo, they that are far from you shall perish: you have destroyed all them that go a whoring from you.

28 (UKJV) But it is good for me to draw near to God: I have put my trust in the Lord GOD, that I may declare all your works.
