Žalmy

1 (UKJV) The fool has said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that does good.
1 (HEM) למנצח לדוד אמר נבל בלבו אין אלהים השחיתו התעיבו עלילה אין עשה טוב׃
1 (KAT) Zbormajstrovi. Dávidov žalm. Blázon si v srdci hovorí: „Boha niet.“ Skazení sú a ohavnosti páchajú. Nikto z nich nerobí dobre.

2 (UKJV) The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God.
2 (HEM) יהוה משמים השקיף על בני אדם לראות היש משכיל דרש את אלהים׃
2 (KAT) Pán pozerá z neba na synov ľudských a skúma, či je niekto rozumný a hľadá Boha.

3 (UKJV) They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that does good, no, not one.
3 (HEM) הכל סר יחדו נאלחו אין עשה טוב אין גם אחד׃
3 (KAT) Všetci poblúdili, všetci sa skazili; nikto nerobí dobre, veru, celkom nik.

4 (UKJV) Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread, and call not upon the LORD.
4 (HEM) הלא ידעו כל פעלי און אכלי עמי אכלו לחם יהוה לא קראו׃
4 (KAT) Či nezmúdrejú tí, čo páchajú neprávosť a požierajú môj ľud, akoby jedli chlieb? Nevzývajú Pána;

5 (UKJV) There were they in great fear: for God is in the generation of the righteous.
5 (HEM) שם פחדו פחד כי אלהים בדור צדיק׃
5 (KAT) ale ešte stŕpnu od strachu, lebo Boh sa ujíma potomstva spravodlivých.

6 (UKJV) All of you have shamed the counsel of the poor, because the LORD is his refuge.
6 (HEM) עצת עני תבישו כי יהוה מחסהו׃
6 (KAT) Vy chcete zmariť plány bedára, lež Pán je jeho útočišťom.

7 (UKJV) Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! when the LORD brings back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.
7 (HEM) מי יתן מציון ישועת ישראל בשוב יהוה שבות עמו יגל יעקב ישמח ישראל׃
7 (KAT) Kiež príde Izraelu spása zo Siona! Keď Pán vyslobodí svoj ľud zo zajatia, Jakub zaplesá, poteší sa Izrael.
