1 (KJV) And the LORD spake unto Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, in the tabernacle of the congregation, on the first day of the second month, in the second year after they were come out of the land of Egypt, saying,
1 (KAT) Pán hovoril Mojžišovi na púšti Sinaj v stánku zjavenia v prvý deň druhého mesiaca druhého roku po ich východe:

2 (KJV) Take ye the sum of all the congregation of the children of Israel, after their families, by the house of their fathers, with the number of their names, every male by their polls;
2 (KAT) „Spočítajte všetkých mužov celej pospolitosti Izraelových synov podľa ich rodov a rodín, podľa počtu mien všetky mužské osoby, hlavu po hlave.

3 (KJV) From twenty years old and upward, all that are able to go forth to war in Israel: thou and Aaron shall number them by their armies.
3 (KAT) Od dvadsiateho roku nahor prehliadnite ty a Áron po skupinách všetkých bojaschopných v Izraeli

4 (KJV) And with you there shall be a man of every tribe; every one head of the house of his fathers.
4 (KAT) a pri tom budú s vami po jednom z každého kmeňa, vždy hlava svojej rodiny.

5 (KJV) And these are the names of the men that shall stand with you: of the tribe of Reuben; Elizur the son of Shedeur.
5 (KAT) Toto sú mená mužov, ktorí budú s vami: Z Rubenovho (kmeňa) Sedeurov syn Elisur,

6 (KJV) Of Simeon; Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai.
6 (KAT) zo Simeonovho Surišadaiho syn Samaliel,

7 (KJV) Of Judah; Nahshon the son of Amminadab.
7 (KAT) z Júdovho Aminadabov syn Nahason,

8 (KJV) Of Issachar; Nethaneel the son of Zuar.
8 (KAT) z Isacharovho Suarov syn Natanael,

9 (KJV) Of Zebulun; Eliab the son of Helon.
9 (KAT) zo Zabulonovho Helonov syn Eliab,

10 (KJV) Of the children of Joseph: of Ephraim; Elishama the son of Ammihud: of Manasseh; Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur.
10 (KAT) z Jozefových synov: z Efraimovho Amiudov syn Elisama, z Manassesovho Fadasurov syn Gamaliel,

11 (KJV) Of Benjamin; Abidan the son of Gideoni.
11 (KAT) z Benjamínovho Gedeonov syn Abidan,

12 (KJV) Of Dan; Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai.
12 (KAT) z Danovho Amišadaiho syn Ahiezer,

13 (KJV) Of Asher; Pagiel the son of Ocran.
13 (KAT) z Aserovho Ochranov syn Fegiel,

14 (KJV) Of Gad; Eliasaph the son of Deuel.
14 (KAT) z Gadovho Duelov syn Elisaf,

15 (KJV) Of Naphtali; Ahira the son of Enan.
15 (KAT) z Neftaliho Enanov syn Ahira.“

16 (KJV) These were the renowned of the congregation, princes of the tribes of their fathers, heads of thousands in Israel.
16 (KAT) Títo boli povolaní z pospolitosti, oni boli kniežatami svojich otcovských kmeňov a pohlavármi tisícov Izraela.

17 (KJV) And Moses and Aaron took these men which are expressed by their names:
17 (KAT) Mojžiš s Áronom vzali týchto menami označených mužov k sebe

18 (KJV) And they assembled all the congregation together on the first day of the second month, and they declared their pedigrees after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, by their polls.
18 (KAT) a v prvý (deň) druhého mesiaca zhromaždili celú pospolitosť a prehliadli ju podľa rodov, rodín a počtu mien od dvadsiateho roku nahor, hlavu po hlave, ako Mojžišovi prikázal Pán.

19 (KJV) As the LORD commanded Moses, so he numbered them in the wilderness of Sinai.
19 (KAT) Prehliadal ich na púšti Sinaj.

20 (KJV) And the children of Reuben, Israel's eldest son, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, by their polls, every male from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
20 (KAT) Zo synov Izraelovho prvorodeného Rubena podľa rodov a rodín, podľa počtu mien, hlava po hlave, všetkých mužov od dvadsiateho roku nahor, všetkých bojaschopných,

21 (KJV) Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Reuben, were forty and six thousand and five hundred.
21 (KAT) čo boli prehliadnutí z Rubenovho kmeňa, bolo štyridsaťšesťtisícpäťsto potomkov.

22 (KJV) Of the children of Simeon, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, those that were numbered of them, according to the number of the names, by their polls, every male from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
22 (KAT) Zo Simeonových synov podľa ich rodov a rodín, podľa počtu mien, hlava po hlave, všetkých mužov od dvadsiateho roku nahor, všetkých bojaschopných,

23 (KJV) Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Simeon, were fifty and nine thousand and three hundred.
23 (KAT) čo boli prehliadnutí zo Simeonovho kmeňa, napočítalo sa päťdesiatdeväťtisíctristo potomkov.

24 (KJV) Of the children of Gad, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
24 (KAT) Z Gadových synov podľa ich rodov a rodín, podľa počtu mien, od dvadsiateho roku nahor, všetkých bojaschopných,

25 (KJV) Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Gad, were forty and five thousand six hundred and fifty.
25 (KAT) čo boli prehliadnutí z Gadovho kmeňa, napočítalo sa štyridsaťpäťtisícšesťstopäťdesiat potomkov.

26 (KJV) Of the children of Judah, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
26 (KAT) Z Júdových synov podľa ich rodov a rodín, podľa počtu mien, od dvadsiateho roku nahor, všetkých bojaschopných,

27 (KJV) Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Judah, were threescore and fourteen thousand and six hundred.
27 (KAT) čo boli prehliadnutí z Júdovho kmeňa, napočítalo sa sedemdesiatštyritisícšesťsto potomkov.

28 (KJV) Of the children of Issachar, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
28 (KAT) Z Isacharových synov podľa ich rodov a rodín, podľa počtu mien, od dvadsiateho roku nahor, všetkých bojaschopných,

29 (KJV) Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Issachar, were fifty and four thousand and four hundred.
29 (KAT) čo boli prehliadnutí z Isacharovho kmeňa, napočítalo sa päťdesiatštyritisícštyristo potomkov.

30 (KJV) Of the children of Zebulun, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
30 (KAT) Zo Zabulonových synov podľa ich rodov a rodín, podľa počtu mien, od dvadsiateho roku nahor, všetkých bojaschopných,

31 (KJV) Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Zebulun, were fifty and seven thousand and four hundred.
31 (KAT) čo boli prehliadnutí zo Zabulonovho kmeňa, napočítalo sa päťdesiatsedemtisícštyristo potomkov.

32 (KJV) Of the children of Joseph, namely, of the children of Ephraim, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
32 (KAT) Z Jozefových synov: zo synov Efraima podľa ich rodov a rodín, podľa počtu mien, od dvadsiateho roku nahor, všetkých bojaschopných,

33 (KJV) Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Ephraim, were forty thousand and five hundred.
33 (KAT) čo boli prehliadnutí z Efraimovho kmeňa, napočítalo sa štyridsaťtisícpäťsto potomkov.

34 (KJV) Of the children of Manasseh, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
34 (KAT) Zo synov Manassesa podľa ich rodov a rodín, podľa počtu mien, od dvadsiateho roku nahor, všetkých bojaschopných,

35 (KJV) Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Manasseh, were thirty and two thousand and two hundred.
35 (KAT) čo boli prehliadnutí z Manassesovho kmeňa, napočítalo sa tridsaťdvatisícdvesto potomkov.

36 (KJV) Of the children of Benjamin, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

37 (KJV) Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Benjamin, were thirty and five thousand and four hundred.

38 (KJV) Of the children of Dan, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
38 (KAT) Z Danových synov podľa ich rodov a rodín, podľa počtu mien, od dvadsiateho roku nahor, všetkých bojaschopných,

39 (KJV) Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Dan, were threescore and two thousand and seven hundred.
39 (KAT) čo boli prehliadnutí z Danovho kmeňa, napočítalo sa šesťdesiatdvatisícsedemsto potomkov.

40 (KJV) Of the children of Asher, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
40 (KAT) Z Aserových synov podľa ich rodov a rodín, podľa počtu mien, od dvadsiateho roku nahor, všetkých bojaschopných,

41 (KJV) Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Asher, were forty and one thousand and five hundred.
41 (KAT) čo boli prehliadnutí z Aserovho kmeňa, napočítalo sa štyridsaťjedentisícpäťsto potomkov.

42 (KJV) Of the children of Naphtali, throughout their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
42 (KAT) Z Neftaliho synov podľa ich rodov a rodín, podľa počtu mien, od dvadsiateho roku nahor, všetkých bojaschopných,

43 (KJV) Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Naphtali, were fifty and three thousand and four hundred.
43 (KAT) čo boli prehliadnutí z Neftaliho kmeňa, napočítalo sa päťdesiattritisícštyristo potomkov.

44 (KJV) These are those that were numbered, which Moses and Aaron numbered, and the princes of Israel, being twelve men: each one was for the house of his fathers.
44 (KAT) Toto sú prehliadnutí, ktorých prehliadol Mojžiš, Áron a dvanásť kniežat Izraela, po jednom zo svojich otcovských rodín.

45 (KJV) So were all those that were numbered of the children of Israel, by the house of their fathers, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war in Israel;
45 (KAT) A všetkých prehliadnutých Izraelitov podľa ich otcovských rodín od dvadsiateho roku nahor, všetkých bojaschopných Izraelitov,

46 (KJV) Even all they that were numbered were six hundred thousand and three thousand and five hundred and fifty.
46 (KAT) teda všetkých prehliadnutých bolo šesťstotritisícpäťstopäťdesiat.

47 (KJV) But the Levites after the tribe of their fathers were not numbered among them.
47 (KAT) Leviti však podľa svojich otcovských rodov neboli prehliadnutí medzi nimi.

48 (KJV) For the LORD had spoken unto Moses, saying,
48 (KAT) Lebo Pán povedal Mojžišovi:

49 (KJV) Only thou shalt not number the tribe of Levi, neither take the sum of them among the children of Israel:
49 (KAT) „Léviho kmeň neprehliadaj a nezarátaj ich do počtu Izraelových synov,

50 (KJV) But thou shalt appoint the Levites over the tabernacle of testimony, and over all the vessels thereof, and over all things that belong to it: they shall bear the tabernacle, and all the vessels thereof; and they shall minister unto it, and shall encamp round about the tabernacle.
50 (KAT) ale daj im na starosť stánok zákona a celé jeho zariadenie so všetkým príslušenstvom! Nech nosia stánok zákona a všetko jeho zariadenie a nech ho obsluhujú! A nech táboria okolo stánku!

51 (KJV) And when the tabernacle setteth forward, the Levites shall take it down: and when the tabernacle is to be pitched, the Levites shall set it up: and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.
51 (KAT) Keď sa bude mať pochodovať, leviti zložia stánok; a keď sa bude mať táboriť, leviti ho rozložia. Ak sa k nemu priblíži niekto cudzí, nech zomrie!

52 (KJV) And the children of Israel shall pitch their tents, every man by his own camp, and every man by his own standard, throughout their hosts.
52 (KAT) Kým sa synovia Izraela utáboria všetci vo svojich táborištiach, každý pri svojej zástave podľa svojich vojov,

53 (KJV) But the Levites shall pitch round about the tabernacle of testimony, that there be no wrath upon the congregation of the children of Israel: and the Levites shall keep the charge of the tabernacle of testimony.
53 (KAT) leviti sa utáboria okolo stánku zákona, aby (Boží) hnev nezastihol izraelskú pospolitosť. Leviti budú teda bedlivo strážiť stánok zákona.“

54 (KJV) And the children of Israel did according to all that the LORD commanded Moses, so did they.
54 (KAT) A Izraeliti urobili tak, urobili celkom tak, ako prikázal Pán Mojžišovi; tak urobili.
